2026 Maximum Household Income Limits:
• 1-Person Household: $45,300 / year
• 2-Person Household: $51,750 / year
• 3-Person Household: $58,200 / year
• 4-Person Household: $64,650 / year
• 5-Person Household: $69,850 / year
Program Details:
• Application fee: $100
• Income Qualification: Total gross annual household income must fall at or below the limits above.
• Verified Eligibility: Annual income verification is required during the application process.
• Floor Plans: Reduced rates apply to select 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment homes.
• Maximum Income Requirements: Six weeks of the most recent consecutive paycheck stubs, IRS form 1040 with schedule C for the last 2 years (self-employed only), Social security award letter not more than 120 days old, Current statement of retirement or pension plan. 401k statement not more than 120 days old.
